Details
PE收缩膜（袋）：是最为广泛、用量最大的一种收缩膜，适合于组合包装、大型物体收缩包装的常用塑料包装材料，如常见的可乐24、支装矿泉水15-24、集合包装。
特点：透明好、韧性强、耐寒,热收缩率大，并且在制作包装过程中不会产生有毒害的气体,属于全球许可使用的环保热收缩膜。
用途：适用于食品、饮料、冷冻品、医药、日用品、玩具、化妆品、轻工五金、工业制品、机械设备等。
产品技术特点： 塑料膜厚度规格是:从40µ至200µ内按需要生产。
纵向热收缩率50%至75%以内。
横向热收缩率10%至30%以内。

产品形式：可分为片料和筒料两种，片料宽度在不超4000毫米(mm)内可自由设定，筒料最少规格在20毫米(mm)---2000毫米(mm)内根据需要生产，制袋是制成规格平口（直线）袋或直通袋（长度两或单边为焊口），焊接位需为2毫米(mm)宽以上的焊边才能保证收缩过程不爆口.
应用要求：在1200毫米(mm)加热烘道式带恒温控制和恒温吹风的收缩机作用下收缩温度是180度---220度之间，速度在常规下2—3米速/分钟内完成产品收缩包装；或使用专用喷枪手动收缩完成。

Production forms: It can be divided into two kinds:sheet material and tube material.The width of the sheet material can be set freely within 4000mm. The tube material can be made between 20mm—2000mm according to the requirements.We first make a linear bag(one or two sides welded),and then weld an edge longer than 2mm so than it won’t burst.
Application requirements: The shrinking temperature in the action of a 1200mm tunnel thermostat control and blowing shrinking machine is between 180c-220c. The shrinking package takes up one minute to finish 2-3 meters in a regular condition.Using a spray gun to finish the contraction is also recommended.
